Sasikumar is a distinguished sports professional, Silambam Master, entrepreneur, event organiser, and Varma Therapist with extensive experience in traditional martial arts, sports, and record-event management. He is the Founder and President of M-War Book of Records, an organisation dedicated to recognising and documenting outstanding achievements, talents, skills, and record-breaking accomplishments. With 10 years of experience as a Silambam Master, he is also the Founder & President of Neduvayalar Warfare Silambam, where he has contributed to the promotion and development of traditional Tamil martial arts and trained students in various Silambam techniques. He is a South Zone Gun Shoot Player and has actively participated in sports and competitive events. His passion for martial arts and traditional knowledge extends to Varma Therapy, through which he continues to preserve and promote traditional healing practices. Apart from sports and martial arts, M. Sasikumar is an accomplished entrepreneur and entertainment professional. He is the CEO of S Entertainments and has successfully organised numerous award shows, cultural programmes, functions, sports events, State-level Silambam matches, and World Record events.

With a strong commitment to preserving and promoting Silambam and Tamil traditional martial arts, he has trained 1,000+ students and has played a key role in creating opportunities for students and participants to showcase their talents on prestigious record platforms.
